Deposit Payment

Once the cost is confirmed, transfer the deposit.
Your reservation will be secured upon receiving the deposit!

After the Shoot

Settle the remaining balance after the rental period.
We look forward to seeing you again!

Rental Fees

Weekdays (1 day, 8 hours)
Time: 09:00–18:00
Fee: NT$ 80,000

The above amount is before tax, if you need invoice (triple form), you need to add 5% tax.

Overtime charge, more than 10 minutes will be charged as half an hour, more than 30 minutes will be charged as one hour.


If there are more people after us, we can't extend the time, there is no refund for early ending of the booking, we will charge according to the booked time.


The booked hours include the whole dismantling, please reserve the clearing time by yourself.


Please do not enter the office area of the shed except for the changing room.

We do not accept temporary change of reservation time on the same day.


Late arrival is regarded as using the studio.

​

Change, shorten or extend the booking time, please confirm five days in advance, within five days of the cancellation of the deposit can not be refunded.


Refund remittance fee will be absorbed by the renter.

​

The studio adopts a prepaid deposit system, the deposit is 50% of the total amount, and the booking will be considered successful only after the remittance.

​

In case of refund, the remittance fee will be absorbed by the renter.

Rental Regulations

  • Please change into indoor slippers when entering the studio. Outdoor shoes are not allowed inside.

  • If you wish to use lighting equipment or other devices, please consult with on-site staff for testing before use. If any equipment is damaged due to unauthorized use, you will be held responsible for the compensation.

  • Please inform the staff in advance of the following:

    1. If you need to wear shoes during the shoot (ask the staff for floor stickers; if the floor is soiled or damaged, a cleaning fee may be charged).

    2. If you need to use raw or cooked food, paints, liquids, or hazardous props during the shoot.

    3. If you need to move any furniture during the shoot.

    4. If you plan to attach decorations to the walls, please ask the staff for clay or tape. Any damage caused will be subject to a cleaning fee.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studio. After use, please return everything to its original position and take your trash with you. Help us maintain the cleanliness of the studio.

  • If any items are damaged upon entering, please notify the staff immediately. Damaged items or equipment will require compensation at full value. Please treat all items with care.

  • Before leaving, confirm with the staff that all items are accounted for and the space is restored before settling the payment.

  • Green screens: If damaged, a fee of NT$ 500 per meter will be charged. Please treat them with care.

  • The studio is not responsible for any damages caused by equipment brought by the renter. If it results in damage to the studio, the renter will be responsible for compensation. The studio reserves the right to pursue legal action.

  • If the power usage exceeds the studio's limit, the renter must provide a generator. No high-power devices may be installed without the studio's consent. If any damage occurs due to non-compliance, the renter is fully responsible for any reparations or compensation.

  • The renter is responsible for the proper use and care of the space. Any damage to public property or to third parties' life or property during the rental period will be the renter's responsibility. The renter is also responsible for any activities conducted at the studio that infringe on copyright or violate laws. Any legal issues that arise will be handled by the renter, and the studio will not be held liable.
